Linda Smiddy
A professor of contracts and corporate law at VLS who has
co-written highly praised texts covering these areas. She holds
degrees from Northwestern, Harvard and Vermont Law School. She
has held an influential role in both the Vermont and
International legal community.
Betsy Schmidt
She has worked as a corporate litigator, general counsel, a
full-time law professor and a nonprofit manager. She currently
teaches non-profit law as a visiting professor at VLS.
